Recipe Servings: 8 medium sized bowl portions Description: Easy and delicious turkey chili that makes a good family recipe. |
Instructions: 1. Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet, add turkey and briefly saut�.
2. Add the tomato sauce, onion, wine, and all other ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.
3. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately one hour.
Let cook for 30 minutes, then stir. If sauce is too thin, leave uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
