no starch/wheat chocolate chip cookies

Recipe Servings: 24 cookies Prep Time: 20 minutes Description: These cookies have no main starches in them (wheat,rice,soybean,potato,corn) Also no butter. They taste really great! This is wheat/starch free and dairy free! Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Chocolate, Coconut, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Rapeseed, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl. Slowly add eggs until they are worked into the dough. Then slowly work the canola oil into the dough as well. (You may use a bit less oil, just look for the texture of a regular cookie dough. Fold in chocolate/careb chips to the dough.
Spray cookie sheets with non stick spray. Drop about a teaspoon of dough onto the pan about 1-2 inches apart.
Bake for about 11-14 minutes until golden.

Great recipe- my only deviation was 1/2 bag of organic chocolate chips instead of a whole (personal preference only). They were preferred over regular chocolate chip cookies (store bought or homemade) by non-allergy family members as well!
