Turkey Pasta

Recipe Servings: 4-5 decent portions Description: Great pasta dish that helped me through college. Allergens: Animal, Bean, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Nut, Nutmeg, Onion, Pea, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Tomato, Turkey, Wheat Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta in boiling water to desired firmness
2. Slice turkey into 1/4 inch strips
3. Heat butter over medium heat in large skillet.
4. Add the turkey and onion and cook for 3 to 5 minutes (or until the onion is translucent).
5. Stir in the tomatoes, cream, peas, pepper, and nutmeg, allowing the mixture to slightly thicken (takes 3 to 5 minutes).
6. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly. Toss with the pasta and serve. Add pepper as desired for seasoning.
