Grilled turkey sausage and lentils with spinach

Instructions: Pour the chicken broth and salt into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Add the lentils and return to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 25-30 minutes or until lentils are soft.
Remove from heat and stir in spinach.
Cover for 1 minute or until the spinach wilts.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly brush with the canola oil.
Grill the sausages, turning every 2 minutes, for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
