1/2 lb Allergy_none buffalo meat , chopped
2 slices Allergy_none avocado
1 Allergy_none scallion , small, chopped
2 slices (3/4 oz) Allergy_none Gruyere cheese
1 1/2 tsp Allergy_none worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Allergy_none olive oil
1/2 tsp Allergy_none soy sauce

Instructions: Combine the buffalo meat, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and salt in a medium bowl.
Form mixture into 2 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet.
Add the burger patties and cook for 2.5 minutes per side.
Add the cheese for the last minute of cooking.
Remove from skillet and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cook the buns cut side down on the same skillet for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
Smear the buns with mayonnaise, garnish with slices, and serve.
