1/2 tsp. Allergy_none garlic , powder
1 tsp. Allergy_none mustard , wet
2 cups Allergy_none water
1/2 cup Allergy_none oil
1 package Allergy_none brown rice pasta , elbow
1/2 cup Allergy_none Nutritional yeast , flakes
1/2 cup Allergy_none rice flour

Instructions: Boil 4 quarts water, then add the pasta and a tablespoon of salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 16-17 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the sauce or "cheese." Mix the dry ingredients in a saucepan, whisk in water and cook over medium heat, whisking, unti it thickens and bubbles. cook for 10 seconds then remove from heat, whip in the oil and mustard. it will thicken as it cools, but will thin when heated. Add as much as 1 cup of water at the end to get your desired consistancy. Once the pasta is done, drain it, rince with water, then put it back in the pot to mix with the "cheese." If desired, sliced hot dogs, and sliced black olives go well with dish as well.
