Recipe Servings: makes 2 cups Prep Time: approx 15 min Description: This tastes just like boughten chocolate syrup-ever since I developed a soy allergy it was hard to have chocolate anything. Allergens: Brewers yeast, Chocolate, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Sugar, Sugar cane, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

QtyName
1/2 cup Allergy_none cocoa , packed
1 cup Allergy_none water
2 cups Allergy_none cane sugar
1/8 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/4 tsp Allergy_none vanilla

Instructions: Mix cocoa and water in a saucepan. Heat and stir to dissolve the cocoa. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Boil 3 minutes. Add the salt and vanilla. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Also, if you have a corn allergy an ice cream that works for me is Breyer's All Natural Vanilla.
