2 cups Allergy_none rye flour , sifted
2 cups Allergy_none buckwheat flour , sifted
4 Allergy_none eggs
pinch Allergy_none finely ground sea salt

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together by hand or in a mixing machine. Add a little cold water until a nice dough is formed. Feed through a pasta machine a few times then cut into narrow strips. Alternatively, make a softer dough with more water and roll it out to about 2mm thick then slice into thin strips. Spagetti thickness is really nice. Cook in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes till "al dente". Drain and serve.
