Recipe Servings: 2 or 3 Prep Time: 30 minutes Description: I found this recipe just when I thought I'd never be able to eat 'anything' ever again. This soup feed my body AND my soul. Allergens: Animal, Chicken, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Spices, Squash, Sugar Ingredient List:

Instructions: Combine all and simmer 15 minutes.
variation:
you can saute onion and garlic until tender first, then add all else and simmer. can also add cooked rice when almost done.
