1 Allergy_none green pepper , seeded and chopped
2 TBsp Allergy_none butter
3 cups Allergy_none potatoes , diced
2 cups Allergy_none water
1 can Allergy_none cream corn
1 can Allergy_none evaporated milk
As desired Allergy_none salt
As desired Allergy_none pepper

Instructions: 1. In skillet, melt butter.
2. Saute onion and pepper until onion is translucent.
3. Add potatoes and water; simmer until potatoes are tender, usually 15-20 minutes.
4. Stir in creamed corn and evaporated milk, along with 1 cup. 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6. Simmer 15 minutes and remove from heat.

It's good served warm or cool.
