Recipe Servings: 3 bowls Description: Great corn chowder recipe that blows away the canned stuff. Allergens: Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Nightshade, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, White potato Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. In skillet, melt butter.
2. Saute onion and pepper until onion is translucent.
3. Add potatoes and water; simmer until potatoes are tender, usually 15-20 minutes.
4. Stir in creamed corn and evaporated milk, along with 1 cup. 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6. Simmer 15 minutes and remove from heat.
It's good served warm or cool.
