Carrot banana bread

Recipe Servings: 1 loaf (16 servings) Description: Good, healthy bread without milk or vanilla Allergens: Animal, Banana, Beet, Carrot, Cinnamon, Egg, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Nut, Pecan, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Tree nut, Wheat Ingredient List:

Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; gradually add to the creamed mixture alternately with bananas. Stir in carrots and pecans (if using). Transfer to greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely

Stephsteele - for me, this recipe has banana marked as an allergy. Its the second item on the list of allergens. Can you provide more detail on what's wrong for you?
