Instructions: Preheat oven to 425.
Cut yams and carrots into small pieces and place into 9in pan. Cover with garlic (the more the better), onion, slat and pepper, 1 tsp paprika and 1 tbsp olive oil. Bake for about 7 minutes.
While the yams and carrots are baking, cut the chicken into 2 inch chunks. When the 7 minutes is done, still yam and carrot mix and place chicken on top of them. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parpika, salt and pepper. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until everything is done.
I also like to add some frozen peas when there is about 10 minutes remaining. You can add just about any vegetable that you want.

This was very tasty! The chicken came out a little dry, but I cut the pieces a little too small. Next time I will make the pieces larger. Thanks for the recipe!

Very good! I cut the chicken a little smaller than called for, but I started with half frozen chicken so it came out just right. We will be having this again.
