Artichoke pasta salad

Recipe Servings: 1-2 medium sized dishes Prep Time: 20 mins to prepare; 4+ hours till ready to serve Description: Quick and easy artichoke pasta salad. If you like artichokes, you'll love this recipe! Allergens: Brewers yeast, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Miscellaneous, Mushroom, Olive, Parsley, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato, Vinegar, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Boil macaroni to al dente firmness, drain well.
2. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
3. Place into large bowl.
4. Add full jar of artichokes (with marinating sauce), cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, parsley and basil;
5. Toss gently.
6. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until next day.
Final: Season with salt and pepper to taste. The liquid from marinated artichoke hearts creates the salad dressing inside the bowl automatically, which is perfect for this dish.
