Broasted chicken

Recipe Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 60 mins. Description: A juicy broasted chicken seasoned with herbs. Allergens: Animal, Chicken, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Olive, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

Instructions: Pre heat your oven to 450-475 degrees.
Take your fresh, whole chicken and split it down the chest to lay open chest down on either a broasting pan or a cookie sheet with high sides.
In a small dish, combine your rosemary, savory and some of the salt. Stir. Add in the olive oil and brush all over the chicken. Take the rest of the salt and sprinkle over the chicken.
Place in the oven and cook for aproximatly 30-45 mins at 475 degrees.
When chicken juice runs clear and the skin is light brown and bubbling, take out, let cool for about 3 mins and enjoy!
