1/2 Tsp Allergy_none salt , optional
3/4 cup Allergy_none skim milk
2 Allergy_none eggs
1/3 cup Allergy_none honey
2 TBsp Allergy_none vegetable oil
2 1/4 cups Allergy_none oat bran hot cereal , uncooked
1/4 cup Allergy_none dried cranberries

Instructions: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line muffin tins with baking cups, or spray bottoms with cooking spray. Combine all dry ingredients. Add combined milk, eggs, honey, oil; mix together until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 muffin cupds about 1/3 full. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until golden brown.
