Recipe Servings: 8 Prep Time: 5mins Description: Egg, wheat, dairy, and soy free peanut butter cookies. They can be soft or crunchy and are easy enough for the kids to make Allergens: Apple, Beet, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Legume, Nut, Peanut, Sugar, Sugar cane Ingredient List:

QtyName
1 cup Allergy_none peanut butter , natural
1 cup Allergy_none sugar
1/4 cup Allergy_none applesauce , unsweetened
2 tbsp Allergy_none gluten-free flour
dash Allergy_none salt

Instructions: mix all ingredients, form into golf ball sized balls and place on cookie sheet and press with a fork to make criss cross pattern or our kids like to use a potato masher for a different design.
bake at 350 for 8-10 mins. occasionally I have had to bake for as long as 15.
