Allergy free chocolate crunch candy bars

Recipe Servings: varies Prep Time: 3 minutes Description: A healthy and allergy free version of a Nestle Crunch candy bar Allergens: Beet, Chocolate, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Flaxseed, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Sugar, Sugar cane Ingredient List:

Instructions: melt allergy free chocolate morsels in microwave or in double-boiler. Stir in Nutty Flax cereal and continue stirring until cereal is coated in chocolate.
Empty the cereal/chocolate onto a sheet of aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator. In about 20 minutes, the chocolate will harden and you will have a delicious dessert/snack.
This is soy, corn, rice, wheat, dairy, and egg free.

Anyone know where to find chocolate morsels without soy???

I got some at Whole Foods that are great tasting. The brand is Enjoy Life. Ingredients are evap. cane juice, chocolate liquor, non dairy cocoa butter.

How cool! my son loves crunch bars and was crushed when he learned he was allergic to corn and soy, this is a great recipe, but make sure you use the morsels in the allergy free section, most choc. chips have corn/soy ingredients.
