1/8 tsp Allergy_none baking powder
1.5 tsp Allergy_none salt
1 tbsp Allergy_none flour
as needed Allergy_none vegetable oil

Instructions: Peel and grate potatoes.
Drain moisture from potatoes.
Mix eggs, baking powder, salt, and flower in a bowl.
Mix in potatoes.
Cover the bottom of a frying pan in oil and heat.
Form potato mix into patties (about 4").
Cook on both sides until brown.
Allow pancakes to drain before serving.

Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
