Toasted Tuna Fish Sandwich

Recipe Servings: 1 servings Description: I never liked tuna until I was introduced to this sandwich. Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Brewers yeast, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Egg yolk, Fermented, Fish, Fish/seafood, Gluten, Grain, Tuna, Vinegar, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Spread the mayonnaise on both pieces of bread.
Drain your can of tuna and spread half on each piece of bread.
Put the piece of cheese one one of the sides (use your own discretion).
Place both halves of the sandwich in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has properly melted.
Combine your two halves and you have a wonderful sandwich.

Remember all of you with citrus allergies like me - mayo has lemon juice in it!
