Recipe Servings: 1 - 2 Prep Time: 5 minutes Description: Delicious smoothie with healthy fat, protein and fiber! Allergens: Banana, Beet, Blueberry, Coconut, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Miscellaneous, Ragweed, Rice, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites Ingredient List:

Instructions: Place all ingredients in blender and whirr until thoroughly blended and smooth. Pour in to glass and enjoy! Hint: the more frozen ingredients you use, the thicker your smoothie will be. If it's too thick to blend, add more rice milk.
