Updated July 10th, 2009
Recipe Servings: 16 pieces Prep Time: 1 hour Description: This slice was originally a cooking mistake. However I liked the result (and so did my husband) so now I have another recipe in my collection. Allergens: Apple, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Honey, Quinoa, Ragweed, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:
| Qty | Name |
| 100ml |
| 2/3 cup |
| 1 cup |
| 1/2 cup |
| 3/4 tspn |
| 2 tblsps |
| 25ml |
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to moderate 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Farenheit). Line 20cm square cake tin with baking paper (or grease tin).
2. Mix flours and soda in bowl. Add honey, oil, apple juice concentrate and warm water. Mix with a spoon until well combined. It will be a thick batter.
3. Gently pour batter into cake tin. Use spoon or spatula to push batter into corners of tin.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the skewer test comes out clean.

I added a little extra liquid and the result was even better (fluffier). Change made to recipe above.
