Recipe Servings: 6-8 Description: Veggie soup with chick peas. Allergens: Bean, Carrot, Celery, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Legume, Nut, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

Instructions: Cover chick peas with a quart of water. Mix in onion and seasonings. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add vegetables and continue to simmer for 30 more minutes. Serve hot.
