Berry millet pancakes (no milk)

Recipe Servings: 24 Prep Time: 30 mins inc. cooking Allergens: Animal, Beet, Blueberry, Brewers yeast, Cinnamon, Citrus, Corn, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Lemon, Millet, Miscellaneous, Nutmeg, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix wet ingredients together in a jug.
3. Add wet to dry mixture. Mix well. Cover and stand 15 minutes.
4. Heat frying pan over moderately low heat. Pour mixture into pan (aim for 3-inch pancakes) and cook one side about two minutes. Turn pancake and briefly cook other side about one minute.
