Berry millet pancakes (no milk)

400g tin Allergy_none blueberry or Allergy_none blackberry , mashed, including syrup/juice
1 tspn Allergy_none oil
2 tspns Allergy_none vinegar or Allergy_none lemon juice
1.5 cups Allergy_none Millet Flour
1/2 cup Allergy_none tapioca flour , (arrowroot)
1/2 tspn Allergy_none baking soda , (bicarb soda)
2 tspns Allergy_none cream of tartar
1 tspn Allergy_none ground nutmeg or Allergy_none ground cinnamon
1 tblspn Allergy_none fructose or Allergy_none sugar

Instructions: 1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix wet ingredients together in a jug.
3. Add wet to dry mixture. Mix well. Cover and stand 15 minutes.
4. Heat frying pan over moderately low heat. Pour mixture into pan (aim for 3-inch pancakes) and cook one side about two minutes. Turn pancake and briefly cook other side about one minute.
