By bluepebbles |
Updated November 21st, 2009
Recipe Servings: 1 Prep Time: 20 Description: Sweet and creamy dessert (now one of my rotation day breakfasts). Strong goat flavour seems to disappear after 15 minutes boiling - don't know why but I am glad! Allergens: Beet, Dairy, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Goat milk, Honey, Palm, Ragweed, Sugar, Sugar cane Ingredient List:
| Qty | Name |
| 1/4 cup |
|
| 1.5 cups |
|
| 1 tblspn |
|
Instructions: Bring milk to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Stir in sago. Simmer and stir constantly for 10-15 minutes.
Dessert will thicken and sago balls will go translucent (clear).
Remove from heat. Stir in honey or sugar (may need more than 1 tblspn if sugar used).
Serve hot or cold.
Variation: Stir in pulp of a passionfruit or some berries as well.
