Irish stew

Recipe Servings: 4 Description: An Irish stew with lamb and potatoes. Allergens: Animal, Beef, Corn, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Lamb, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Onion, Pepper, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, White potato Ingredient List:

Instructions: Saute onions in margarine in a stew pot until soft. Add other ingredients into the pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about an hour until lamb is done.

every recipe I looked at had margarine in it my grandson is allergic to MILK and EGGS it was marked not to be a problem. DUH!

*Soya* allert, most to all marjarines contain soya, substitute butter or a fat tolerable.
