2 lbs Allergy_none lamb , cubed
2 cups Allergy_none potatoes , peeled, cubed
3/4 cup Allergy_none onions , chopped
1 Allergy_none bay leaf
2 tsp Allergy_none thyme
2 cups Allergy_none beef stock
1 tbsp Allergy_none margarine
to taste Allergy_none salt
to taste Allergy_none pepper

Instructions: Saute onions in margarine in a stew pot until soft. Add other ingredients into the pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about an hour until lamb is done.

every recipe I looked at had margarine in it my grandson is allergic to MILK and EGGS it was marked not to be a problem. DUH!

*Soya* allert, most to all marjarines contain soya, substitute butter or a fat tolerable.
