Meatloaf - kid friendly

Recipe Servings: 6-8 Prep Time: 15 minutes Description: An easy to make meatloaf. You should have all the ingredients on your shelf, AND there aren't "chunks" so picky children will eat. :) Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Beef, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Mustard, Nightshade, Pear, Pepper, Ragweed, Rice, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Tomato, Vinegar, White potato, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: LOAF:
Mix beef, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg replacer, rice bread crumbs, and salt and pepper into medium mixing bowl.
Form into loaf. Put on baking dish.
SAUCE:
Mix water, sugar, remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, and mustard.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, baste meatloaf every 20 minutes.

My 5 year old tried this today and said it was better than a hamburger at McDonald's -- which says a lot!
