1/4 lb Allergy_none chicken breast , boneless, skinless
1 large Allergy_none flour tortilla
handful Allergy_none cheddar cheese , shredded
1/2 cup Allergy_none salsa

Instructions: 1. Chop the chicken breast into small cubes.
2. On a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken, and salsa until the center of the chicken is no longer pink.
3. In another large skillet (also coated with cooking spray), place one tortilla.
4. Spread the chicken mixture and the cheese onto the tortilla.
5. Fold the tortilla over.
6. Brown for about 3 minutes, then turn it over and brown the other side. Adjust the time to brown as needed.
7. Remove, cut into wedges, and serve.
