Recipe Servings: 8 servings Description: Experiment with different types of fish to fit your tastes Allergens: Capsaicin/peppers, Citrus, Fish, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Lemon, Pepper, Salmon, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

Instructions: Combine the spices in a medium bowl. One at a time, put the fillets into the bowl and coat the piece thoroughly. Spray a pan with cooking spray and then grill on medium low heat, turning occasionally. Serve with a lemon wedge.

I tried this tonight and overall it's good. A couple changes I would make are -fillets w/ skin on (this is just my personal preference, i like a nice crispy skin) -replace cooking spray with 2 tbsp olive oil -medium-low heat, put the non-skin side on

(continued) non-skin side down first, leave for about 4 minutes, then flip once and cook to desired firmness.
