Chicken jambalaya

Recipe Servings: 2 servings Description: Simple to make. Add extra vegetables, like onions, as your allergies permit. Allergens: Animal, Brown rice, Capsaicin/peppers, Chicken, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Miscellaneous, Parsley, Rapeseed, Rice, Spices, Sugar, Tomato Ingredient List:

Instructions: In a large pan, add canola oil and set heat to medium. Add the diced bell pepper. In a separate pan, saute the chicken until fully cooked. Then add it to the first pan, along with the tomatoes and spices. Once the mixture comes to a boil, then lower the heat and cover the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the rice and stir. Remove and serve.
