1 cup Allergy_none sour cream , fat-free
4 cups Allergy_none elbow macaroni , cooked
3 cups Allergy_none cheddar cheese , fat-free
1/2 cup Allergy_none skim milk
3/4 teaspoon Allergy_none salt
1/2 teaspoon Allergy_none black pepper
1/3 cup Allergy_none wheat bread , crumbed
1/4 teaspoon Allergy_none paprika
2 tablespoons Allergy_none flaxseed
6 tablespoons Allergy_none water

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Combine cottage cheese and sour cream in a medium/large bowl. Mix with a blender until smooth. Add the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, pepper, flaxseed and water. Then spoon it into a 2 quart casserole dish, which is coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
