Beef enchiladas

Recipe Servings: 8 servings Description: Easy to make and helathy enchiladas Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Beef, Capsaicin/peppers, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Onion, Sugar, Tomato, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
The ground beef can be replaced by ground turkey or other meat, as desired.
In a medium/large skillet, brown the meat and drain. Add the salsa to the meat. Cover and simmer this for 15 minutes. Warm tortillas in microwave. Spoon the meat mixture onto the tortillas. Roll them and place them in a 9x12 pan covered in cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake about 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with extra salsa or sour cream.

What kind of wheat tortilla was used that contained no soy products? I can't find any
