as needed Allergy_none bow-tie pasta , cooked
6 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
2 tablespoons Allergy_none water
1 Allergy_none zucchini , chopped
1 Allergy_none squash , chopped
2 Allergy_none tomatoes , chopped
2 teaspoons Allergy_none Italian seasoning
dash Allergy_none parsley

Instructions: Saute the zucchini, squash, garlic and water for about 5 or 6 minutes. Add the tomatoes and spices. Cook for about 10 minutes. Mix with pasta and serve.

Goes well with fresh salmon.

very good!! A very filling, healthy recipe. For the pasta, i actually substituted it for the brown rice spiral pasta. Turned out great! Thanks for putting this on! :)
