Zucchini squash pasta

Recipe Servings: 3 or 4 servings Description: Nice way to get carbs and vegetables Allergens: Capsaicin/peppers, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gluten, Grain, Parsley, Spices, Squash, Sugar, Tomato, Wheat Ingredient List:

Instructions: Saute the zucchini, squash, garlic and water for about 5 or 6 minutes. Add the tomatoes and spices. Cook for about 10 minutes. Mix with pasta and serve.
Goes well with fresh salmon.

very good!! A very filling, healthy recipe. For the pasta, i actually substituted it for the brown rice spiral pasta. Turned out great! Thanks for putting this on! :)
