1 cup Allergy_none water
1 1/2 cup Allergy_none brown rice , uncooked
1 cup Allergy_none goat cheese , shredded
1/2 cup Allergy_none black olives , pitted, sliced
1/2 lb Allergy_none ground beef

Instructions: Combine tomatoes, water, and rice in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes while covered. Remove from heat.

While the rice pan is simmering, in a separate pan, brown the meat; then drain.

Fold in 3/4 cup goat cheese, olives and the meat into the rice mixture. Let stand a few minutes and then add in remaining cheese. Serve hot.
