Beef rice bowl

Recipe Servings: 4 servings Description: Nourishing and easy lunch or dinner. Allergens: Animal, Beef, Brewers yeast, Brown rice, Cheese, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Goat milk, Grain, Olive, Rice, Sugar, Tomato, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Combine tomatoes, water, and rice in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes while covered. Remove from heat.
While the rice pan is simmering, in a separate pan, brown the meat; then drain.
Fold in 3/4 cup goat cheese, olives and the meat into the rice mixture. Let stand a few minutes and then add in remaining cheese. Serve hot.
