Sausage Bread

Recipe Servings: 2 loaves Description: Bread with sausage in it...what else do you need? Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Basil, Beef, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Miscellaneous, Olive, Parsley, Pork, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375.
Grease baking sheet or spray with Pam.
Crumble sausage and cook until brown. Drain.
Pat dough into a rectangle...as thin and even as you can. I usually get mine about 12 x 8 or so.
Combine sausage, egg and spices. Spread evenly over dough leaving a 1 inch border all the way around.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion. Tuck ends under and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush lightly with oil.
Bake 40 minutes or until loaf is light brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
