5/8 c or 1/2 c plus 2 tbsp Allergy_none honey
2 tbsp Allergy_none canola oil
1/2 c Allergy_none carob flour
3/4 c Allergy_none powdered goat milk
2 tbsp Allergy_none pecan , finely chopped, optional

Instructions: Thoroughly mix together the honey and oil. Add the carob powder and powdered milk and beat the fudge until it is smooth. Knead in the nuts, if you wish to use them. Spread the fudge in a lightly oiled pie dish, refrigerate it, and cut into 3/4" squards just before serving it. Store the fudge refrigerated in the pie dish, because it tends to spread.
