Recipe Servings: 4 servings Description: Granola that can last 1 - 2 weeks. Makes for a great breakfast (or snack). Allergens: Almond, Animal, Beet, Cinnamon, Corn, Cranberry, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Grain, Grape, Honey, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Oats, Olive, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Tree nut Ingredient List:

Instructions: Heat the oil in a large skillet with medium-high heat. Add oats and cook until they turn brown (5 minutes). Spread out on a cookie sheet to cool.
Melt margarine in the pan with medium heat. Then stir in the honey, sugar, and cinnamon, stirring constantly. When it starts to bubble, add in the oats and cook for 5 minutes.
Return to the cookie sheet to cool again. Once cool, store in a tupperware dish and stir in the almonds, cranberries, and raisins.
