4 fillets Allergy_none sea basses
1 tbsp Allergy_none flour
2 tbsp Allergy_none canola oil
1 Allergy_none lemon , peeled, sliced
1 tbsp Allergy_none lemon juice
1 tbsp Allergy_none butter , melted
1 tbsp Allergy_none dill , chopped
1 tsp Allergy_none parsley , chopped

Instructions: 1. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Coat with a little flour.

2. In a skillet, heat the oil and pan-fry the sea bass until cooked through.

3. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice and butter. On a plate, arrange some of this mixture.

4. Arrange sea bass on this sauce.

5. Spirinkle dill and parsley on the top of this and garnish with lemon slices.
