Topic: Looking for Recipe / alternate flours

I was diagnosed with seven allergies today, including wheat and bakers yeast. I know there are other flours out there, but where can I find out what types work best for different types of recipes? what is quinoa?

Topic: New Allergy Requests / aspartame/artificial sweetener

I would like to see the artificial sweetener catagory detailed out if possible. I can have Splenda, but not Sweet-n-Low or Equal (generic name in ingredient lists is aspartame for one, not sure of generic name for the other) Thanks
