    <body>Try curry-like dishes with a variety of veggies and/or meat. The trick is to use some cubed potato which will give out starch and make a thicker consistency for your sauce/curry.

The most basic curry powder for meats would be to use a teaspoon each of garlic powder, ginger powder and turmeric. Or buy some "curry powder".

Another idea is to use lentils/split pea to make soups with or without meat.</body>
